Brave Heart Home Featured on Vallei FM

Brave Heart Home was honoured to be invited to Vallei FM for a special interview focusing on children, community support, and the important role that Child and Youth Care Centres play in creating safe spaces for vulnerable children.

Representing Brave Heart Home were Gerda, one of our directors, and Elaine, our social worker. During the interview, they shared more about the work we do every day, the children we care for, and how the wider community can become involved in making a meaningful difference.

The conversation highlighted the importance of protecting vulnerable children, providing them with stability, and ensuring they have the opportunity to grow up in a loving and supportive environment. It also gave listeners a better understanding of how Brave Heart Home works alongside the Department of Social Development to care for children who need safety, healing, and hope.
